Theatron Residence Rent is an independent leasing service operated by Idan Maor, licensed real estate broker (Broker License 31035411), Chopin 14 & 18, Jerusalem, Israel. This policy applies to theatron.co.il and theatron360.theatron.co.il. We are not affiliated with any third-party listing website.

What information we collect

• Enquiry form: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the residence you are interested in and your message.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type, and your name, email or phone number if you choose to share them.
• Cookies and usage data: we use Google Ads tags to measure how our advertising performs. These may set cookies and collect technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and send you the information you asked for.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up with you.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

To run this website we use a small number of service providers: Netlify (website hosting), Google (email notifications, a spreadsheet for enquiry records, and Google Ads measurement) and Anthropic (the AI service that powers the chat assistant). They process information only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting lease, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
