We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

To run this website we use a small number of service providers: Netlify (website hosting), Google (email notifications, a spreadsheet for enquiry records, and Google Ads measurement) and Anthropic (the AI service that powers the chat assistant). They process information only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting lease, or as required by law.

Providing your details is voluntary

You are not legally required to give us your details. If you choose not to, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry or arrange a viewing. We never ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents through this website or its chat assistant.

Marketing messages

We use your details to answer your enquiry. We send you promotional messages (email, SMS or WhatsApp) only if you have given your separate, explicit consent, and every such message identifies us as the advertiser and lets you unsubscribe at any time.
