With over 20 years of experience, ESPM has successfully completed multi-faceted building projects in Israel and around the world.
They are accountable for the detailed planning, timely execution, and strict monitoring of the entire building process of MGallery at Theatron Hotel and Residences.

Feigin Architects is an Israeli architectural firm that has built more luxury hotels in Israel than any other firm. Their area of expertise includes hotels, commercial retail complexes, cultural centers, and urban planning.
Feigin Architects has over 55 years of experience within the global hospitality sector and completed over 100 hotel projects. Their portfolio includes five-star hotels, resort hotels, spas, and boutique hotels.

The Rachelle Wiener team consists of artists, designers, architects,
and gardening experts famous for creating beautiful outdoor
spaces and aesthetically laid out residential, commercial, educational, industrial, and communal landscape architecture.
What started as a joint office of two partners, Rachel Wiener and Vered Singer, is now a well-known Jerusalem firm and employs eleven talented professionals from top art and architecture schools.
Klapper Architects
Klapper Architects is an architecture firm established and managed by Erez Klapper, a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Azrieli School of Architecture at Tel Aviv University. Erez has an impeccable eye for aesthetics, along with solid knowledge in architectural technology and research. Erez's deep understanding of architecture and structural systems enables him to create a beautifully designed space that is also highly functional. Erez Klapper's style can best be described as modern with an artistic twist.
Erez was the winner of the 2010 Azrieli Fellowship and, early on in his carrier, published a thesis on b-lateral curvature morphology (non-standard architecture) and registered a patent. Erez has worked in three of Israel's leading architectural firms and led some of Israel's largest and most complex projects.
In 2017, Erez opened Klapper Architects, which established itself at the forefront of architectural technology research and became one of the only studios in Israel to use a unique method of BIM modeling to combine optimal and efficient overall planning with parametric monitoring and control of all project data. Klapper Architects specializes in hotel and high-end residential projects, as well as landmarked buildings requiring careful preservation.
